Amazon affiliate links

The Recurring Cast is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and the Amazon.com.au Associates Program, affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and Amazon.com.au. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

When you follow a "Buy" link you leave this site for Amazon. Amazon places a cookie in your browser so that it can credit this site if you buy something within a set time. The price you pay is the same. Amazon's use of that information is covered by Amazon's own privacy notice. We see only totals of clicks and sales, never who you are or what you bought.

Visitors in Australia are sent to Amazon.com.au and everyone else to Amazon.com, worked out from your device's time zone setting. Nothing about this is stored.

What is kept in your own browser

Your reading list (My books), your votes and the recommendations on the For you page are saved in your own browser using its local storage. They are not sent to us, and you can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser or by using "Clear my list" on the My books page.

What we do not collect

There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms, and this site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Services this site relies on

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' internet addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attack. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.

Changes

If we add features that collect information, such as shared vote counts, this page will be updated first.
