The 200 best-known characters on the site now have their own in-depth guides, covering what makes them interesting, the people in their lives and every crossover.
The character pages for 200 of the best-known characters on The Recurring Cast have been expanded.
Each now explains what makes the character interesting, lists their family, partners, friends and rivals with links to their own pages, and sets out every crossover. That includes the books where they step outside their own series, and the authors whose books they also appear in.
Harry Bosch’s page, for example, lists eleven books outside the Bosch series, from The Brass Verdict with his half-brother Mickey Haller to his cold cases with Renée Ballard.
The list covers crime and thriller favourites such as Jack Reacher, Hercule Poirot, John Rebus, Jackson Lamb and Phryne Fisher, and fantasy and romantasy leads from Harry Potter and Frodo Baggins to Violet Sorrengail and Feyre Archeron. Every guide is spoiler-free.
